Red is a young male with a great deal of talent. Red came to Northstar for training and 1 month later passed his CPR test with style sticking 3 points in short order. We continued to work him through advanced retriever and upland work. Red progressed well and went 4 for 4 and earned his AKC JH title in summer of 2011. Fall brought us a run in the APLA where he earned his APR title. Spring 2012 Red came back for some more training and some shots at APLA master. After a few stumbling blocks we learned from our mistakes together and passed our first master in SD spring 2012. Red is a very good marking dog with a great deal of drive and smarts. In the upland he covers ground efficiently and has a solid point.
